Firm History

Although our firm is new, its founder, Dominick J. Fontana, has over twenty-three years of experience as
an attorney. So what the firm lacks in history, it makes up for with the experience of its chief counsel.

We plan to have a number of other attorneys who will be Of Counsel to the firm. In this way, they can lend their
legal expertise to the firm. While the firm is currently small, we are confident that we will grow as we continue to
service the wide range of legal needs of the community.

The firm was founded in Kew Gardens, Queens, and in a short time it has relocated to Manhattan. However, we
hope to open a satellite office back in Kew Gardens, Queens in the future.

Our Firm's Mission

The mission of our firm is to provide our clients with the highest level of personal and professional service for
their legal needs, while at the same time maintaining a reasonable fee structure for our services. Our legal
services rival that of any large Manhattan firm, yet at a reduced cost.

We will be bringing on a number of attorneys who will be Of Counsel to the firm. That means they will handle
certain legal matters for our firm, for which they are well-suited, but they will not be employees of the firm. In
effect, they are similar to independent contractors of the firm.

In this way, we can handle a broad range of legal matters and your matter will always be handled by the attorney
with the most expertise in that matter. Furthermore, you can meet with the attorney at our Manhattan office.
Clients will always be notified of the attorney who will be handling their matter before they retain us.

In the foreseeable future, we plan to form a partnership with other attorneys. In this way you will be able to come
to our law firm and have a number of attorneys with differing areas of expertise always on hand to assist you.
This will allow us to handle a wide range of legal matters as a firm, yet each attorney will only handle the cases
within their areas of expertise. As such, this new law firm is really a stepping stone for us and for our clients as
we prepare for future expansion.
