Estate Fees

Basic Wills: $150
Trust Wills: $200
Living Wills: $200
Health Care Proxies: $200
Powers of Attorney: $125
Complete Health Care Package: $600*
Includes Basic Will, Living Will, Health Care Proxy, and Power of Attorney.
*Note: Add $50 to above for a Trust Will.
Trust Agreements: Fees start at $300. The actual fee depends upon the complexity of the trust involved.
Estate Planning: Fees start at $750. The actual fee depends upon the complexity of the estate plan.
Probate and Administration: Five (5%) per cent to Seven (7%) per cent of the value of the gross estate. This fee
includes all Estate Tax work, where applicable.
For Small Estate Administration, the fee is the greater of five (5%) per cent of the value of the gross estate or
$600.
Estate Taxes: If we handle the Probate or Administration of the estate, then the estate taxes are handled as
part of our fee. Otherwise, our fees start at $600, with the actual fee being determined by the complexity of the
returns.
