Landlord/Tenant Fees

Residential Leases: Preparation of lease for Landlord: $400
Negotiation, review, and modification of lease for Tenant: $200
Commercial Leases: Preparation of lease for Landlord: Fees start at $600. The actual fee is determined by the
type and complexity of the lease needed.
Negotiation, review, and modification of lease for Tenant: Fees start at $300. The actual fee is determined by
the type and complexity of the lease involved.
Landlords: Residential (Non-Payment and Eviction Proceedings): $650*
Commercial (Non-Payment and Eviction Proceedings): $900*
Tenants: Residential (Non-Payment and Eviction Proceedings): $500*
Commercial (Non-Payment and Eviction Proceedings): $750*

*Note: The above Landlord/Tenant fees include preparation of all initial paperwork and one (1) court
appearance. Additional court appearances will require additional fees.
