Dominick J. Fontana

Dominick J. Fontana was born and raised in Queens, New York. He is the founder of the firm and
continues to bring his experience to his clients. While Mr. Fontana excels in many areas of the law, he most
enjoys Real Estate transactions and Estate Law, also known as Elder Law.

Mr. Fontana graduated from City University with a B.A. in Philosophy, for which he received Departmental
Honors. He then received his J.D. Degree from St. John's University School of Law, where he was the
President and Founder of the Society of Sports and Entertainment Law. He was admitted to the New York
State Bar in 1983 and to the New Jersey Bar in 1987. He was admitted to Federal Court for the Southern and
Eastern Districts of New York in 1986.

In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. Fontana has also engaged in a wide range of other activities. He is an
accomplished musician and the owner of Studio di Fontana recording studio. He was a CompuServe Sysop in
the MIDI/Music Forums for over seven years and a writer for MIX Magazine. He is a member of Mensa and also
ran the Message Board at the official site of the New York Yankees baseball team.
